As Owner and Clyde Group’s Managing Director, David guides the vision and strategic direction for Clyde Group. David, with 35 years experience in the security industry through his experience as a NSW Police Officer, NSW Corrections Officer and as a very senior officer within the State Rail Corporation Security Division, provides strong support to the technical operations of the Group.

With extensive experience in business management, marketing and sales and staff relations, David brings strong leadership to the Group.

Peter Russell

As general Manager, Peter brings with him over thirty years experience in the security industry at both the Government and private sector level. Peter has professional qualifications in security management, financial management and hands on experience as a project manager.

Michael Goldsworthy

Michael brings to the Group extensive experience in business development. Michael has gained his degree in Marketing and is currently studying for his masters in Marketing and is also undertaking studies in business management. Michael also brings to the group over twenty years experience in the security industry, both at the Government and private sector levels.

Vince Howe

Vince has brought to the Group considerable experience in guarding operations, personal protection and event security. Vince spent fifteen years in the United Kingdom with various security companies which he represented in the international forum. Vince brought this knowledge with him to Australia and has continued in his chosen field with high profile security solutions providers.

Nick Seremetis

Nick, as the Financial Controller for the Group, ensures financial systems and controls consistently measure and monitor the Group's performance. His approach to financial management requires the highest level of accountability and probity.

With a degree in Commerce and 20 years experience in developing and managing accounting systems, reporting methods and review and audit processes, Nick’s knowledge and management provides strong confidence in the integrity of the operating accounts and financial performance of the Group.
